The 2014 vintage just won the trophy for best wine at the Mclaren Vale wine show!
Fruit was fermented in stainless steel for 7 days followed by 12 months maturation in one, two and three year old French barriques. Bright red fruit characteristics. Earthy spicy characters fill the palate.
Rich and dark with blackberry, plum, aniseed, chocolate coated coffee cake & lots of spice. Texture it like liquid velvet with fine smooth tannins. Big, luscious but beautifully balanced.
