A rich and heady combination of pear, nectarines, grilled nuts and a touch of spice from the carefully chosen oak; the palate delivers what the bouquet promises, with layers of intense white fruits, rapier-like acidity and a finish that holds on for a seriously long time; this will age beautifully. Screwcap.

Colour is pale yellow with a green hue. Tight melon/grapefruit, spice and citrus aromas are apparent. The palate is tight and pure with great focused melon/grapefruit fruits and lees complexity. This wine has a great length of flavour showing match stick flintiness, creamy lees and high natural acidity freshening the finish. This is a tightly wound style ready to unwind over the medium to long term.
Great with white meats and seafood.
