Tangy, pure aromas of orange oil, tangerine and spices.
Bright, penetrating and fairly dry, with firm stone and mineral elements framing the rich fruit. A substantial young pinot gris for aging.
Tightly knit, minerally pinot gris from very ripe grapes fermented to dryness.
A wine of great stature that will need time to come round.
The Wine Society Shows terroir. Broad shouldered and powerful, with dense apple and peach notes.
The alcohol and grapefruit dominate the finish, while a mineral accent struggles to emerge. Give it some time. WINE SPECTATOR June 2002.
Fine detail rises out of this gentle, yet concentrated grand cru.
It's taut flavors of white peach and pear are clasped by firm acidity in the end, closing the door on the finish without barring the flavor. 92/100 WINE SPIRITS - April 2003.

This is a Pinot Gris that will blow your mind.
An explosion of flavour that lasts and lasts and lasts.
