The depth of savoury, but fresh fruit within the extract remains with this vineyard for well over 15 years. Cleanliness and character define this site. More backward than the Blewitt Springs or Onkaparinga – it is almost the slowest maturing wine in the varietal domain.
"A dark and brooding wine, with the black fruits again coming to the fore, in addition to prune and licorice, on the bouquet; deeply fruited on the palate, with powerful dark fruits covering the prodigious tannins with ease; long, rich and full-bodied."
