"St Francis Xavier" Riesling
Concentrated aromas of exploding lemon zest, orange blossom and fresh ginger spice indicate the finesse of style. In the mouth, the wine has a fine balance between weight and length, with an enticing, persistent finish.

You have to read the back label to find the varietal, which is not surprisingly, riesling; this edition will polarise as the strong bouquet reveals toast and kerosene; the palate though is lively and generous, with citrus ranging from lemon to orange; toasty and with a lick of bitterness on the finish.
