With 27 years of sparkling wine experience, American winemaker Harold Osborne "H" practices the best of the old world techniques and new world technology in Margaret River. The wine is produced using riper grapes, spontaneous yeast and malo-lactic fermentations, barrel fermentation and aging and no filtration. "H" also produces his famous Methode Champenoise.
