Chalon
This sparkling wine is a genuine fermented product made from the classic grape varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes were grown in the high quality growing regions of Tumbarumba and Coonawarra. The Chardonnay brings finesse and length to the blend whilst the Pinot Noir brings weight and the Pinot Meunier brings youthful fruitiness and a creaminess to the middle palate flavour.
