Pinot Gris
Colour; is gold with verdant green hue. Typical of this vineyard the aroma is a massive explosion of classic Gris aroma – mushroom, wild honey, hay, wood smoke and in the background of youthfulness there is that red berry presence, a reminder of how closely related this variety is to Noir. The palate is huge as well – long, deep with great acid structure. The wine has a seamless texture that leads to a lingering crisp fruit finish. Rich and delicious!

2008 "Senze Nome": "This phenolic Friulian grape looks at home on the Peninsula, made in a dry, fresh style. With fresh floral, it smells like a summer garden. The palate packs some real chew, straw-like flavour, bright acidity and creamy lees are nicely matched." 90 POINTS
