Made with the Super Whites of Tuscany in mind…… Kathleen Quealy hits the mark with her impression of this style of wine. Blended with Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Tocai Friulano (the only commercially available Friulano in Australia) & Riesling. The Pobblebonk wine is made to be enjoyed with food (spicy Asian or light white sauced based pasta dishes) & friends. More savory & softer than your average blended white wine…… think of Tuscan white wines when consuming & you will be transported to an Italian experience, with a hint of Australia thrown in!
