This is just a charming little wine. It's very fragrant (23% Cabernet Franc in the blend), with oak and cassis dominating. Good dark color. Lots of dark fruit supported by soft tannins. Very luxurious mouthfeel. Fairly long finish. Like many petite chateaux from the 2005 vintage, this wine represents a tremendous bargain. Highly recommended.
