Unmistakably Cabernet, this wine displays the classic flavours of blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, intense dark Swiss chocolate, peppery mint and menthol on the palate. Chewy tannins create a brilliantly structured palate; robust in the mid-palate to complement the array of intense flavours, yet soft enough to deliver a finish of great length and finesse.
